Each item is made to order, according to your choices and measurements, with the greatest care.

We want you to be completely satisfied.

If the result was not to your liking, or if the size was not right, even if you make a mistake in your measurements, at your choice :
- or a full refund.
- or other free manufacturing.

Payment methods

You can make your payment in one of the following ways :
- By credit card
- With your Paypal account in one or four instalments
- By bank transfer

In practice for a refund

Go to the "My PURCHASES" page.

Follow the link "I post a message about this order", located at the bottom of the summary, to make your request.

We will pay you on a PAYPAL account, an amount equal to the costs you paid for the shipment, to allow you to return the goods to us free of charge.

After receiving the goods, we will refund the full amount of your purchase, including shipping costs :
- By bank transfer to your bank account via PAYPAL, if you have paid by credit card, or with your PAYPAL account.
- By bank transfer to your PAYPAL account, if you have paid by bank transfer.

There are only two conditions for a refund :
- The items you are returning must be in new condition. For example, a pair of shoes must not have been worn, for more than the time necessary for a reasonable fitting.
- The return must be made within 15 days of receipt.
